I-PASS AND SBAR ARE NOT THE SAME TOOL
SBAR is for raising a concern to someone more senior. I-PASS is the handover tool, and it carries illness severity, action list, situation awareness and contingencies, and a synthesis the receiver reads back. Most templates sold online use SBAR as a handover sheet. This one ships both, each labelled for what it is actually for.
TYPE SIZED FOR A WARD
The largest field labels of anything in the shop, because these pages get read at arm’s length between other tasks. Form lines sit light so your writing stays the darkest thing on the page.

HONEST NOTE ABOUT LINKS
