ONE-TO-ONES THAT DO NOT DISAPPEAR

Most templates give you a one-to-one page you fill in and never find again. Here each report has their own numbered run, reached from their profile, with arrows between them. Every page has two lists — what they brought and what you brought — with theirs first, and one problem taken all the way to a named owner and a date.

FEEDBACK YOU CAN CITE MONTHS LATER

The log follows situation, behaviour, impact — and then intent: what you asked them they were trying to do, and what they said. Entries are numbered, so at review time you are citing entry 014 rather than reconstructing the year from memory.

HIRING, DONE THE WAY THAT ACTUALLY PREDICTS

Structured interviews outperform unstructured ones, and the mechanism is unglamorous: the same questions in the same order, a behaviourally anchored one-to-five scale, and each interviewer scoring before the debrief rather than after it. The scale is printed on every card and scoring before the debrief is a box you tick.

DELEGATION AS A LEVEL, NOT AN ADJECTIVE

The tracker asks which of the seven levels a piece of work sits at — tell, sell, consult, agree, advise, inquire, delegate — and the seven are printed on the page. “I will advise but they decide” is checkable. “Empowered” is not.
